    Includes:

    • Development based on one of our existing base formulations
    • Adjustment of fragrance, colour, or selected additives
    • One sample batch produced, comprising a small number of bars for evaluation purposes (sample size only)
    • Up to two minor revisions
    • Stability testing of the approved formulation
    • Preparation of a complete Product Information File (PIF) for approved formulation

    • Samples are not retail-ready and are not for resale.
    • Additional minor revisions: £50 per iteration
    • Major changes outside of our existing base formulations are not available.

    Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR): £270 per formulation (not included in the development cost)

    If required for future production runs, the following charges apply:

    • Stamp production (one-off fee): £50
    • Stamping fee: £0.10 per bar
    • Packing fee: £0.10 per bar

  • Please Note

    Customers must supply their own packaging.

    As our bars are cold processed and made using traditional methods, they naturally lose a small amount of weight and may reduce slightly in size over time as they continue to cure. Please bear this in mind when ordering or designing packaging.

Next Steps

From the point of final formulation approval, the estimated timeline to completed, sale-ready stock is approximately three months, subject to regulatory approval, production scheduling, and settlement of any applicable upfront costs.

Bars can be cut to any of our available sizes for full production runs. A detailed product brief will be required in order to provide a quotation and MOQ’s.

Discounts may be available for multiple formulations.

Additional Information

As our bars are handmade and hand-cut using natural ingredients, slight variations in shape and colour may occur. Samples are supplied for evaluation purposes only and are not retail-ready stock.
